The new site looks cool! All we need is some more content but I guess that comes with time... The walkthrough idea is good.

1- It will get website visitors to join the forum,
2- It will keep members active knowing that each month they will receive a free top-class pokemon from a decent pokemon breeder,
3- Its something that we offer and so we can use it as an advertising ploy (eg. Hey, you should join PokemonIs4Ever Forums because... blah... blah... and we offer a choice of free monthly pokemon),
4- When people are searching for a site/forum, they may come across our pokemon give-away,
5- Gives the site another page and gives the forum another topic.


Secondly, place an advertisement page on the site where we mention that we're looking for certain people to help expand our site and forum. Positions that we have available at the moment are:
1- Gym Leaders (with this, give information on how people become gym leaders - again, refer them to the forum to a topic to post FC's, timezones, type etc.)
2- Artists (you may be thinking, "artists?! why do we need those?!" Well, we need artists for work on the forum, i.e. creating signatures for the staff, gym leaders and perhaps even the members eventually, and we need artists to produce interesting bar-banners and other art for the website, eg. perhaps finding images of particular pokemon in battle for us to make the site look even better!)


Thirdly, keep up the work on the walkthrough page. Keep posting videos (and perhaps write a paragraph next to each video explaining that part of the walkthrough). Again, this will increase the content on the site.

Glad you liked the ideas. Also, the Pokemon Giveaway page looks good, but, perhaps you could change the wording a bit.

Basically, giving away Johto starters between January and April is to celebrate the release of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver (which come out in March in both the US and Europe). After April, we'll be having a different pokemon giveaway theme of some sort.

Also, just in case people don't find one of us in the Site Chat Box, we should have a link to a Giveaway topic on the forum on the site's Giveaway page. This will hopefully make the forum more active too.

Oh, and on the site's home page, you wrote "Hello and welcome to are new and improved site!"

are should be our so be sure to change it!

As for new ideas, I'm always thinking of them so I'll post when I have some more.
